Deposits
A deposit of 10% of the value of each course registration is due in order to reserve your place. Upon payment you will be sent an email confirming the date upon which the rest of the payment is due in full. If you have not made a payment by this date, you r place will be at risk as other people will be given th opportunity to register in your place. Should you lose your place on the course at this point your deposit will not be refundable.
Cancellations
In the event that an event is cancelled by us for any reason, then you will be entitled to a full refund for the amount that has been paid as registration for the relevant event.
Should you be unable to attend, you will be required to cancel your reservation by contacting us. You will be eligble for a refund however, your deposit payment will not be returned.
